1. About RE/FYND

RE/FYND is a curated resale marketplace that allows individuals to buy and sell pre-owned, thrifted, sustainable, upcycled, and recycled fashion items. The platform acts as a facilitator between buyers and sellers and does not manufacture or own most of the items listed.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
RE/FYND reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate platform policies.

3. Role of the Platform

RE/FYND provides a digital platform for discovering, listing, buying, and selling pre-owned fashion.
Sellers are responsible for listing accuracy, including images, descriptions, pricing, and condition.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing all listing details before purchase.
RE/FYND is not a party to transactions but may assist in resolving disputes when appropriate.

4. Product Listings & Condition Disclosure

All products listed are pre-owned unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Items may show signs of prior use consistent with their condition grading.
Sellers must clearly disclose:
- Accurate condition and wear details
- Any defects, damages, or alterations
- Correct size, category, and material information
RE/FYND may remove listings that are misleading or do not meet quality standards.

5. Authenticity & Curation

RE/FYND prioritizes authenticity through seller transparency and internal review processes.
While listings are reviewed, authenticity cannot be guaranteed in every case.
Buyers are encouraged to examine product details carefully before purchase.
Counterfeit or misrepresented items will be removed, and related accounts may be suspended or permanently banned.

6. Selling on RE/FYND

Anyone with quality, well-maintained fashion items may apply to sell on the platform.
All listings are subject to review before approval.
A commission is charged on successful sales to support platform operations and curation.
Sellers are responsible for:
- Accurate listings
- Timely fulfillment of orders
- Secure and appropriate packaging
- Shipping items in the described condition

7. Pricing & Payments

Prices are set by sellers unless otherwise specified.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹).
RE/FYND is not responsible for pricing errors made by sellers.

8. Orders, Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines may vary based on seller location and courier services.
RE/FYND is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon confirmed delivery.

9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.
Returns are generally not accepted due to the nature of resale items.
Refunds may be considered only in cases of:
- Incorrect item delivered
- Item significantly not as described
Any issue must be reported within the specified timeframe after delivery.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

List counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items
Provide misleading or false information
Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior
Attempt to bypass platform fees or policies

Violation of these rules may result in listing removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on RE/FYND, including branding, text, graphics, and logos, is the intellectual property of RE/FYND unless otherwise stated.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without prior written consent.

12. Privacy & Data Usage

RE/FYND collects only essential data required for account creation, transactions, and communication.
User data is never sold or shared with third parties without consent, except where legally required.

13. Limitation of Liability

RE/FYND is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
